This curved anti-metal tag is crafted from aviation-grade leather, designed to excel in managing curved and tubular assets. It finds extensive applications in scaffolding, curved metal asset management, gas cylinders, industrial components, industrial pipelines, and more.
Equipped with chips compliant with EPC Class1 Gen2 and ISO18000-6C protocols, it supports dual-frequency operation at 902-928MHz (US standard) and 865-868MHz (EU standard). Powered by the high-performance IMPINJ R6 chip, it achieves a stable reading range of 3-5 meters on metal surfaces (with variations depending on different metal surfaces and devices), enabling efficient data reading and real-time tracking.
Boasting a lightweight design of just 9g, with dimensions of L:80*W:58*T:3mm, it offers flexible application. The aviation-grade leather material ensures 3-5 years of outdoor service life, along with IP68 waterproof performance to withstand harsh wet environments. Its wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +100°C (storage temperature from -30°C to +80°C) and material properties of anti-slip, scratch resistance, heat resistance, and sun protection make it highly adaptable to tough industrial conditions.
It supports multiple usage methods such as industrial-grade adhesive, bundling, sewing, and riveting, and offers laser marking and printing options (for logos, QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers, etc.). Available in white, black, blue, green, and yellow (with customizable colors), it provides a versatile and reliable identification solution for various curved asset management scenarios in the industrial sector.
